The Orly Mann Racing Team Series is a tremendous set of books that make great reading for older children, youth and adults, too. The fiction series, written by Ken Stuckey, of Oregon, features Orly Mann, a Christian NASCAR Nextel Cup racer, who operates his racing team and his personal life based on faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. As they go from raceway to raceway on the circuit, Orly and the team face numerous challenges and blessings and find ample opportunity to trust the Lord through it all. The books are paperback, about 200 pages in length, and are packed with information about racing and about Christian living. Four of ten titles currently are available--Doubt at Daytona, Slowdown at Sears Point, California, and Bristol. A fifth book about racing at Texas Motor Speedway is forthcoming.
