| Servant or Support Membership |

| "Servant Membership" is for individuals or couples who currently are active in serving in Raceway Ministries work. "Support Membership" is for individuals or couples who currently are not active in serving in Raceway Ministries work, but desire to offer encouragement and finacial support. If you would like to join the NFRM as a "Servant" or "Support" Member for 2012, use the buttons below to access the information sheet and the membership form. The "Member Information Form" will be a *.pdf file that you can print and keep. The "Membership Form" will be a *.pdf form that you can print, complete and then mail to us, accompanied by the $35.00 individual/$50 couple membership fee. The mailing address is at the bottom of the form. Here is what your "Servant" Membership will do: 1. You will receive . . . - a NFRM Membership Identification Card, - news and prayer requests via email or through the NFRM "Raceway Ministries Today": newsletter several times per year - a special invitation to the upcoming annual meeting of the National Fellowship of Raceway Ministries 2. You will be able to choose promotional items from a list that you will find on the membership form 3. You will have the opportunity to network withothers who are involved in Raceway Ministries work 4. You will be notified of resources that NFRM is able to make available for use at speedways everywhere 5. You will be investing in the start of new Raceway Ministris groups and/or the placement of chaplains at speedways where none have been 6. You will be contributing to the financial stability that is necessary for the NFRM to plan and carry out its vision 7. You will be participating in one of the most exciting Christian missions opportunities in the world--sharing Christ at racing venues all over the nation |

| "Group Registration" is for organized groups that relate to the motor sports community for ministry in various ways at different levels. These groups may include churches, denominational entities, missions organizations, specialty ministry organizations, non-profit organizations, or para-church organizations; they may be incorporated, or they may be loosely organized but not incorporated. "Group Registration" entitles the registered group to some privileges that are not available to individual members, including: 1. Permission to use the official NFRM logos in any capacity per NFRM guidelines. 2. Opportunity to participate in the Group Exemption status of the NFRM as a tax exempt 501.c.3. organization registered with the IRS 3. Access to and permission to use the NFRM CCLI (Christian Copyright Licensing, Incorporated) number for printing or video display of song lyrics. 4. Involvement with special high-volume orders of various ministry resources from time to time. "Group Registration" Fees are required annually. The amounts for 2012 are described below: 1. Groups that provide ministry for "large speedways" (a few events [NASCAR, IndyCar, ARCA, Rolex/Grand Am, NHRA, etc.]per year) = $250.00 2. Groups that provide ministry for "weekly speedways" (dirt or asphalt/concrete oval racing, drag racing, motocross, etc.) = $100.00 3. "Other" Groups, such as chaplains who serve a racing series and/or a race shop, or individuals or couples that provide auxiliary ministries (speakers, entertainers, musicians, etc.) = $75 CLICK HERE to download a Group Registration form. |
